Yeah, and by this rationale, bans on interracial marriage should not have been abolished, either. Maybe we should bring back separate but equal, while we're at it. Times change, societies change, get a grip.

Prager's essay is the standard load of falsehoods and delusion.  It also demonstrates a profound misunderstanding of the role of the judiciary system in the U.S., or, deliberate deception on the role of the judiciary.  It also demonstrates that he did not actually read the decision, since he mischaracterized the reasoning in it.  Perhaps Prager should be relegated to writing lost pet ads.
