He misquotes Clark and misses his point.  The point was that being a pilot and a POW does not provide any executive experience. That is the opinion of a superior officer with command experience.

Dreadful list of misfits for an empty suit liberal with no experience  to choose from.  God help us.  at a time when we need leadship the most... we're leaning towards choosing a novice with isolationist views.
