More right wing propaganda, the big bad government figure is represented as Bans ( is that more off shore drilling?  the kind that Regan stopped?), Laws ( why that's bad I don't know, I thought we were a nation of laws.) and regulation ( what regulation?  the GOP deregulated the mortgage industry giving us the subprime crisis, and Phil Gramm pushed through the Enron Loophole in 1999 witch gave us un-regulated energy trading, oh yeah that's working out great at the gas pump right now.  Then theres.....wAY TOO MUCH DEREGULATION IN THE COUNTRY THAT'S SEVERLY DAMAGED  THE MIDDLECLASS.

my new toon deals with the Enron Loophole

I am always amused at the lack of understanding of government by many people. Of course the function is to kill foreigners and find cheap energy resources. After this you pretend that your group has others interests at heart. Democracy requires involvement by citizens, to see government as seperate from society means you stuffed it up!
